The Tennessean reports that three more Tennessee Republicans are demanding President Barack Obama show them his birth certificate and other vital documents to prove he’s an American.
Tennessee Reps. Eric Swafford, Stacey Campfield, Glen Casada and Frank Nicely have all agreed to be plaintiffs in future legal action from a Russian immigrant in California who has challenged whether Obama meets constitutional criteria to be president.
AdvertisementThe lawsuit from the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, which has not yet been filed, will be among several court challenges to Obama’s citizenship.
Tennessee Republican Reps. Stacey Campfield (R-18th), Glen Casada (R-63rd) and Frank Nicely (R-17th) join their party colleague Rep. Eric Swafford who became the first state Representaitve in the nation seeking such a writ of mandamus.
You have to wonder…at what point are Tennessee Republicans engaged in some sort of art project to see how much they can embarrass the state?
At the same time Stacy Campfield has filed legislation requiring Death Certificates for aborted fetuses, he has signed on to be the plaintiff in a lawsuit requiring Obama to produce his “real” Birth Certificate.

May I point out that -
To get a DOD security clearance to work in the Military electronics industry or to be assigned to a critical job in the military Services one Must have a standard US Department of Defense Security Clearance form completed - mandatory. Subsequently a rigorous back ground check is performed by Defense Investigation Service DIS and sometimes other Federal investigation agencies.. We also are required to provide a number of critical personal documents as a condition of employment including a copy of a real Birth Certificate (not a COLB), Selective Service registration card (draft card), Military records if any, Social Security card / number. Driver License, Education history and verification including examples and samples of of academic works etc. Complete time line history of residence location and names of neighbors. As well a back ground criminal investigation is performed (BCI), a credit check is performed. A complete travel history is required for travel out side the the USA. Passport history and dual passports must be declared. The DOD security clearance application form is available as a blank public document and is rather rigorous. Please take a look at it. Finally your US citizenship must be completely verified as well identification of your entire family and grandparents etc. Why so rigorous - well you are dealing with military business in several different capacities. Would not one expect that POTUS # 44 Mr Obama with his hand on the ultimate weapons trigger would be require venting at the same level of rigor that I have been subjected to for 44 years?
Yes, he has constitutional requirements to satisfy to be qualified for the office POTUS. He is the commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces and as such MUST satisfy the rigor of a DOD Security scrutiny. I know that several of the 535 members of congress cannot get a security clearance. I have been told that some members of congress cannot get a credit card and several other shocking situations exhibiting questionable character concerns - flaws..
Why some have even been said to use their position in an attempt to cauterize and hide their particular confluence of events - character flaws / records! I ask why is not both congress and POTUS # 44 Mr Obama be held to the same standards as other citizens? The failure of Mr Obama to cooperate and the apparent failure of his political party to cooperate is an indication of hostile and very flawed behavior. We must demand an intimidate accounting, clarification and correction of these unanswered questions.
Corrections if found necessary must be implemented with dispatch to restore the United States Constitution and integrity of our country.
Those responsible for any of the suspected plethora of Constitutional violations and contrived time line and manipulated economic calamity must be punished. All suspected violators subjected to a Citizens Constitutional Grand Jury event. Yes, given the apparent both Congress & SCOTUS lack of responsibility to duty the citizens are rapidly converging on such a choice for the solution that must ultimately come (hopefully sooner than later)…

The frightening aspect is that the both state and federal judges are hell-bent to protect BHO’s secret. The US Constitution has proved to be the most successful political document of the history of mankind. So far all of the judges refused to rule on merits. All cases were stopped by using “Standing”, leaving the impression that the judges were afraid of uncovering the truth.
The practical result of using the flexible Standing Doctrine is that the supreme law of the land is no longer enforceable. It has become a document that is not worth the paper it is written on. The USA became like a third-word, communist or fascist country where lawlessness is the order of the day. This is the real tragedy.
I do not think that the Supreme Court will grant Standing to these representatives. Remember that some years back, Ron Paul filed a law-suit on some constitutional issue; one would think that a man of his position would have Standing. Nope, he did not.
The Supreme Court boxed themselves in, they had ample opportunity to interfere before the inauguration, when less turmoil would have followed than now. They chose not, but they had a private meeting with BHO, of which meeting the contents and the purpose are still secret. (Refer to Orly’s website.) Now, to allow Standing to anyone would be very embarrassing for the judges, basically admitting that they were wrong. My guess is that they will not grant Standing.

Yes, I think she did. She certainly had the opportunity to use this issue, but probably due to some poor advice she did not. She did mention in one her campaign speeches that BHO is nit electable becase he has no “American roots” (paraphrasing). So she must have known about it. She must have thought that she can win on issues. Now of course she accepted a nice job from BHO, so she could run again in 4 years, and she is protecting the boss.
Equally, and maybe even more. puzzling is why McCain and the GOP did not object at joint session of Congress on the Electors conformation event. Look, Obama could simply end all of this controversy by merely producing a real live certificate of birth.
Why has he failed to do so? Obviously, because he will reveal the fraud that he is.
The reason why this has been allowed to happen is because the process required for being considered Constitutionally eligible to be President was created some 200+ years ago and has not changed much since.

It’s hard to say at this point what would be more damaging to this country:
*Removing him would be constitutional nightmare and most likely chaos would ensue due to to inevitable rioting. The economy would suffer horribly and race relations would be strained for quite some time.
*Leaving him in will also destroy this country as we know it. He and his fellow commie comrades are waiting for the economy to totally tank so the government can take over everything. Once the middle class becomes totally dependant and vulnerable, they will begin the next wave of their stradegy - work camps, gun control, national ID’s and much, much more…
Either way, we are all screwed. Personally I feel if we have any chance of restoring this once great Nation, we will have to remove this usurper from office.

For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:
1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.
This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time.
