Geo mapping Tennessee’s stimulus spending

Here is a map of ten new bridge reconstruction projects in Tennessee funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Work begins this month. The initial spending through TDOT favors Republican districts 2 to 1.
