Liz Garrigan takes on role of interim executive editor at SouthComm

Former Nashville Scene editor Liz Garrigan, who recently became a freelance contributing editor for the Scene under new SouthComm ownership, has agreed to move into a significantly larger role–albeit a temporary one–as interim executive editor. Occupying a position that SouthComm CEO Chris Ferrell describes as “a temporary stint of a few months’ duration,” Garrigan will oversee SouthComm’s three flagship local media properties–The City Paper, the Scene, and NashvillePost.com.
