Tea-party style activism has taken some nutty turns before—the Hitler references, the Holocaust pictures. But Walter Fitzpatrick III may be about to push anti-Obama activism to new heights. On Tuesday, he plans to walk into the Monroe County courthouse in tiny Madisonville, Tennessee, and attempt to convince a local grand jury to indict the president on treason and fraud charges.

OMG! As SOON as I saw you had commented, I knew exactly what it was without even looking.
Does this mean that those of us who endured Bush and Cheney and their war crimes can follow suit if this wacko would succeed? I guess that Tennesseans don’t mind being the butt of jokes around the country. I don’t know why these teabaggers just don’t find themselves a remote spot in Tennessee and make themselves a state and secede from the rest of the country and create their own little nut job world and leave the sane people alone.
what it means is if all the honorable people herein ID as “teabaggers” went to a separate state, WHO then would be around to pay for YOUR foodstamps, YOUR welfare check and provide a job for your out of wedlock children???????????????? Let the grand jury hear the man…if the case has merit, it will progress…If not, then it will not be heard and the issue closed….stop blowing and going on Bush and Cheney….Your man Obamanuts is in there now and hje’s doing all he can to shut the country down….
For those of you who haven’t noticed, Bush and Cheney have been out of office for nearly a year, but Obama is continuing and escalating the EXACT same policies. Obama PROMISED to end the war and bring the troops home, yet he has INCREASED the numbers of troops and started ANOTHER war. Obama also PROMISED “transparency”, yet on 21 January, 2009, he signed “Executive Order Number 13489″, which sealed ALL his records, both public AND private. Obama has carefully hidden his entire background and lied to this nation since day one. No matter WHERE Obama was born, he is NOT legally a “natural born Citizen” of the USA. Obama’s father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen, he was merely in this country on a student visa! E. Vattel stated in 1758, as translated into English in 1797: “The citizens are the members of the civil society: bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents (NOTE : “parentS”, as in BOTH) who are citizens (NOTE : “citizenS” as in BOTH parentS must be citizenS of the USA at the time a child is born to qualify the child as a “natural born Citizen”). This is the information recognized and employed by the Founding Fathers in determining who was and was not a “natural born Citizen”. Obama MUST be removed from office by the courts or Congress, as he is ABSOLUTELY NOT Constitutionally legal to hold office! I was a life-long Democrat, but NEVER AGAIN will I vote for any candidate for either of the two major parties, they have become a sham, a fraud, and a plague upon the people of this nation! If political matters in this nation do not change very soon, I expect an all-out revolution will occur, and rightly so! Those of you who continue to blindly believe birth on U.S. soil automatically confers “natural born Citizen” status and eligibility to become president are EXTREMELY ignorant of the law. The Constitution SHALL be upheld, Obama SHALL be removed from office by the courts or Congress or our Constitution has effectively been rendered null and void.

I sincerely pray the Monroe County Grand Jury returns a “true bill” of indictment against Obama, if he hasn’t committed treason, no one in the history of America has! What an illegal, disgraceful, and useless “president”!
