Mystery Legs

I guess people still mail stuff to each other because Liz got some weirdo mail.

I got to office this morning and found an envelope in my mailbox with the above picture. A Post-It note was attached with the cryptic question, "Whose legs are these?" My first thought was, since when does Bob Clement wear shorts.
