July 4th Fireworks - Independence Day celebrations

Senior discountAARP's Associate Director of State Communications Patrick Willard enjoys some hot chicken from Prince's Hot Chicken Shack (watch this YouTube video - WhereTheLocalsEat.com) in Nashville. Willard was senior advisor to former Nashville Mayor Bill Purcell. Sitting next to Patrick is Molly Sudderth, former spokesperson for the mayor. She's now with Nashville's Convention and Visitor's Bureau, and she loves the hot chicken!

The former mayor is also the honary chair and founder of The Music City Hot Chicken Festival - July 4th, 2008. This free event features the unique southern flare of local restaurants and puts amateur cooks head-to-head in competition for the best hot chicken recipe. Click here for more info.
