Rep. Zach Wamp votes for $850 billion bailout
The Tennessee Republican delegation in the U.S. House voted Sept. 29 against $700 billion for a banking industry bailout.
After the Senate added of another $150 billion dollars of pork, "sweeteners," and 300 pages to the bailout, Rep. Zach Wamp (R-TN) decided it was enough for him to finally vote for it. He was the only member of Tennessee's delegation to change his vote.
Both Senators Lamar Alexander (R-TN) and Bob Corker (R-TN) voted for the bailout. Here's how Tennessee's House delegation voted.
