An elderly neighbor of mine who lives in my apartment building has been dealing with quite a mess lately. A former neighbor allegedly stole checks from her and darn near cleaned out her account.

I’ve obtained the police report and according to LaFollette Police Department Detective Mike Starrett, 24–year–old Ashley B. Miller of LaFollette is charged with three counts of theft of property, three counts of forgery and one count of theft of over $500.
