The Joy Ford property is getting the ED pinch from the developers and the city. Instead of letting the fair market decide, as it has for centuries in America, the city and the developers are trying to force this woman into a deal she may or may not want.

This is one of the problems with cities having the power of ED over a persons private property. Once ED is threatened the fair market value diminishes because of
