My DD has bad allergies, and she woke up this morning coughing and generally just miserable.  But as the morning went on, she seemed to improve and I wanted — needed–  to get out of the house so I packed up the kids and we went to Old Hickory Trail.  We’ve been there before and it’s a good place to go that’s only a few miles from the house.  It lets the kids run off energy and gives me a chance to smell the earth.  Not the best place for
