Understandably, I had fallen asleep during the republican convention, so I was in that 1/2 awake 1/2 asleep stage when I heard a lot of applause.

Still half asleep, I rolled over and opened one eye and asked, "Why is Sally Fields speaking at the republican convention?"

Once awake, I listened to Palin sound more like Mrs. Cleaver than a vice presidential candidate, going on and on about her children, and how she was a hockey mom.

Oh, can looks be deceiving. This little
