I think both candidates failed miserably at the debate. They tried to ignore the elephant in the room — the crashing economy — and deflect the questions with standard bullet points gleaned from months of focus groups.

It is sad how some people refuse to act to protect the citizens they swore an oath to until it is too late. Possibly now we can implement the system where employers must check that a name matches a social security number previous to employment.
