I just got back from Chattanooga where I went to visit Steve Hall after his motorcycle accident. As Steve drifted in and out you could tell he was still very alert and he was in a large amount of pain.

In July of 2004, Estelle Richardson, an inmate at the CCA Metro Detention Facility was found unresponsive after 4 CCA guards had forcibly removed her from a solitary confinement cell. A few hours later Estelle died. She had a fractured skull, 4 broken ribs and a damaged liver.

WE are all responsible for the death of this man.  Yes, WE are.

Another vicious fecal fleck goes where he belongs, hopefully for good. I don't give two [bleep]s about the man's "unfortunate childhood," either; to me that is simply a copout.

An anonymous donor has come forward offering $35,000 for information that could solve the murder of Estelle Richardson, the CCA inmate who was found dead in her solitary cell with a cracked skull and broken ribs.
