The Neighborhoods Organized To Initiate Code Enforcement program (NOTICE) is a support program to help citizens identify and report codes violations in their neighborhood.

Rick Womick and other Republican candidates will be on hand at the Rutherford County Courthouse Square on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at 6 PM to enjoy the music of country singer, Aaron Tippin. Mr Womick and the other candidates will meet voters and answer questions. Refreshments will be on hand.

Rap Sessions 2008 National Tour at Vanderbilt University, featuring leading hip-hop intellectuals, will discuss the significance of electoral politics and civil engagement to the hip-hop community.

The Moms Club of Smyrna & LaVergne are inviting the “Stay at Home Mom of Today” to an open house on Thursday, September 11th from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.  The meeting is being held at the United Methodist Church located at 301 Sam Davis Road (behind Regal Furniture in downtown Smyrna).

Living downtown provides a whole new perspective to professional sports. Having worked for the University of Tennessee Police Department I understand all of the security that goes into a major ball game. But, Nashville takes it to a whole new level with street closures and traffic direction and everything unimaginable.
