Admittedly, I miss Local Blog Wars. The jousting and enmity that can only come from people who walk and work on the same streets with you every day. That those same people view the exact same world you’re seeing in a completely different way and it’s all the more interesting if they have an original thought in their head.

Today, I was standing around flirting with a wee baby when I heard about something so stupid and evil I thought “This must be a mistake.  Surely, the man who is telling me about this has suffered a bump on the head right before I got here or is high on gasoline fumes from the auger he’s putting in the back of my car.”
