Election fraud is a systematic effort by those with power to steal an election through vote manipulation and voter suppression. Voter fraud is when a voter attempts to vote more than once or by impersonating someone else. The McCain campaign has been huckstering the false narrative of voter fraud.

Tennesseans flooded polling places across the state for the first day of early voting in the 2008 presidential election.

Ray Barrett, the Election Administrator for Davidson County, is "tickled pink" at the idea of offering campaign finance records in digital format, as opposed to the current policy of requiring people to trek down to the election commission in order to look up the records of local elected officials.

The fight has been scheduled and the sides will soon start squaring off for a rematch on the lost battle two years ago. The issue is liquor sales and it is here again.

More than enough signatures have been collected to place a referendum regarding package stores on the town's Nov. 4 ballot.
