This is going to be my last post on the whole Bristol Palin issue. It's just not worth it. It distracts from the important issues, like the economy and Iraq. It's an interesting story insofar as that it's exposed raw emotions on both sides, on issues ranging from abortion to the role of women.

I only know of a couple of British bloggers, and one of them is the Vol Abroad, so I'd have to defer to her on the state of British bloggers. And British media vs. US media.

First, I welcome the millions of Hillary Clinton supporters. With your help, Democrats will take back the White House in November.

It was the longest, hardest fought primary I can remember, and my sincere condolences on your hard fight and close loss. I truly understand if you don't feel like listening to an Obama supporter today. I'm not going to minimize your pain.

John McCain last night said that Hillary Clinton hasn't been given the respect she deserves. I wonder if this is his definition of respect:

"Why is Chelsea Clinton so ugly?
Because her father is Janet Reno."

Many of you are yet again threatening to not vote for Obama, should he become the Democratic nominee, because he is a sexist pig.
