I was annoyed enough when a fairly mediocre movie started skipping within minutes of its (rather anticlimactic) ending.

I was more annoyed when I received the replacement disc and discovered that someone had just sent me back the same scratched disc.

Numero Dos was not in the mood for me to take his picture this evening.  Can you tell?

I succumbed to peer pressure and made some pictures at YearbookYourself.com. When you upload a pic of yourself, you can see what you would have looked like in a yearbook from the 50's, 60's, 70's etc...

These are the shocking results, not for the faint of heart. The years selected are 1952, 1976, 1990 and 1996.

As a consumer and customer I continue to be amazed by the stupid things businesses say and do in the name of saving money and/or increasing sales.  Even worse we as consumers do economically stupid things without thinking.  Some examples (and expect me to return with more):
