I apologize for not posting for a while. I was sick for a good two weeks from the “LeakyFlu” with a stomach bug added on for good measure, so needless to say after feeling miserable and one visit to the ER I wasn’t really feeling very “bloggy.” I will write up my report from Terminus and post a whole bunch of book reviews soon.

Yes, I'm back among the living ... somewhat. When I get sick, I really get sick. Not only did I get nailed with a full blown case of bronchitis over the weekend, I was struck at the same time by a horrific stomach bug. It is not the most enjoyable method of weight loss. I do not recommend it...

Why don't moms get sick days?

Anytime H gets sick, J gets it twice as bad.

She came home from school on Friday with a very slight fever, coughing, feeling crummy. By Saturday night she felt much better.

She's still coughing, but playing basketball and studying for exams just like normal.

J stayed in bed on Sunday, and didn't go to work until this afternoon. Still feels terrible.

I guess I should be glad they didn't pick up the stomach bug that's going around school.

Last weekend, six of our close friends threw us a baby shower at church. I'd love to give you more details, but right now, we're battling a severe stomach bug... so we're not able to go into more detail. Big thanks are in order... and forthcoming! I’ve been sick since Thanksgiving night.  First I thought it was food poisoning, but no one else got sick, so I figured I must have picked up a stomach bug somewhere.  It lasted for 7 DAYS!  I went through more of this then I care to remember:
