Proponents of freedom of speech - and opponents of eminent domain abuse by local governments - deserve a big court victory in Clarksville, Tennessee, just up the road from Nashville, where a local court has been asked to toss out a libel suit filed by some folks who didn't like being criticized for their use of eminent domain to benefit a private developer.
