I barely know the five people I’ll be traveling with to Dominican Republic in November.  Right now.  We’ve only exchanged a handful of e-mails and talked for a few minutes by phone so far. But give us time and there may be a sleepover.

Yesterday was our second in Minnesota, and our second consecutive day at the Higher Ground Music Festival talking about Compassion International.  When we left the festival grounds last night 116 kids had been sponsored - but the festival wasn’t over.

Ben and I woke up before God this morning - God’s approximate wake-up time is 4:30AM Texas time - and flew home from Florida.  We did this so that I could have a couple hours to unpack, repack, blog this here post for you all, load the mini van up and drive to east Tennessee.

Ben and I are in the middle of our monthly business meeting and ran into a problem we can’t solve and decided to phone a friend...or blog one or a thousand or so.
