I went to a ladies' meet and greet for Jeri "I'm no trophy wife" (Mrs. Fred) Thompson hosted by Lura Bainbridge at her office on Music Row. Lots of hubbub going on today down on the Row, with the CMA's tonight and all, which is why the Thompsons were in town. Well, that and to raise money. Opportunists you say? Hey! This is America! That's how we roll.
