Every singe person on the street has a life, came from a family, has a mother and father, has hopes and dreams, suffers like we do, searches for truth and joy in their lives, wants happiness.....

People who are homeless are not social inadequates.  They are people without homes....

People will not endure hunger for very long - especially when food is as prevalent and abundant as it is in this country - before they begin taking matters into their own hands. I'll bet supermarkets in the area have seen shoplifting "soar" as well, too.....

There is a similar effort being proposed here currently. As I've mentioned previously, I've been doing some pretty intensive work with Lt. Swisher of the Metro PD and have also created a response flowchart for Metro that will assist officers in rapid assessment of individuals on the street in order to properly refer them to the appropriate agencies.
