A Fox News story suggests illegal immigrants are going home in large numbers. According to the story, the illegal immigrant population dropped 11% (or about 1.3 million people) since August 2007.

You’ve all seen it, probably. A caricature of an old Southern man wearing a confederate uniform (a uniform astonishingly better kept than any real confederate wore, except Marse Robert), spouting those words. It’s supposedly a symbol of the South in some way. Like all symbols, it’s part truth and part lie.
