By the way, what's with this phrasing? "Groups converge"....??? Sounds like some kind of military operation.

Well, at least Seattle officials are giving some warning before coming in to "dismantle" the camps. Nashville has a policy in place that is supposed to send in a Social Services worker to a targeted camp in order to warn residents of impending doom, but it doesn't always happen that way...
