Find more posts like this: Once a President, always a President. I think Hillary's biggest problem in getting the second spot on the ticket is Bill, but not for all the usual reasons. Bill Clinton may be a former President, but he's still a President. One thing from this AP article that I had forgotten was that Snow had replaced Scott McClellan, Snow was working for Fox News Channel and Fox News Radio when he replaced Scott McClellan as press secretary in May 2006 during a White House shake-up.
