Criminal behavior? You're damn right, that's why they call it "criminal contempt." The criminal contempt citations of White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten and former presidential counsel Harriet Miers have been ignored by the Bush Administration, as was House Speaker Nancy Pelosi 's request to Attorney General Michael Mukasey to refer the House's contempt citations to a federal grand jury.
