After a distant third place finish in the Florida primary last night, Rudy didn't make a concession speech, but two GOP sources have said he will make the announcement in California today, before the Republican debate this evening.

Rudy bet the farm on Florida, and it turned out to be a very bad strategy. Rudy was counting on getting the Jewish vote with his pro Israel, anti Islamic rhetoric, but he miscalculated since most Jews, old and young, tend to be Democrats.
