I made spaghetti and meatballs tonight, channeling my inner Tyler Florence, pan searing meatballs loaded with garlic, basil, and a little chili pepper, rolling them in Italian breadcrumbs and roasting them in the oven before adding them to a thick tomato and basil spaghetti sauce. Even the picky 10 year old kid ate with more enthusiasm than usual. Spaghetti and Meatballs on CNN2
