A conservative blogger accuses Clarksville Online of selective enforcement of its comment policy:

i don't know if you, the sane world, have heard about our gas crisis here in nashville. it's insane. i've seen huge lines at stations, heard reports of fights, saw someone pushing their truck to a pump while in a line, and i've found myself noticing fuel trucks way more than i should.

"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."

That quote is so true, and it's why I watch Fox News. If I don't watch Fox News and know about the lies and hate they spread, then I can't discount them.

A reader of one my political blog sent me a cyptic message that one of our local newspapers was actively deleting readers’ comments posted to the paper’s blogs, and in some cases was trying to “out certain subscribers depending on their viewpoint.”

This is a throwdown on Costas’ HBO show from last night about blogging, the sports world and changes in sports media.

A few weeks back, I got into an argument with one of our regular commenters because I deleted the word "sucks" from one of his comments and replaced it with "[vulgarity deleted]." I've tried very hard to keep this forum relatively free of foul language, and even though "sucks" is relatively mild, I was concerned that some people might find it offensive...
