There's a commercial that has been running on the sports channels lately:

I’m going to go ahead and preface this post with a disclaimer–it’s going to get stupid and, as LL Cool J would say, ridicalous (misspelled on purpose for all you sticklers).

Brian is a gifted man.  He’s an organizer, a lover of spread sheets, a great speaker, model father, worshipful listener and he can strip you of your self-esteem with one punchline.  Or a hundred.  Depending upon his mood.

Watching and listening to Phil Fulmer's press conference yesterday, it was hard not to get choked up for a guy who had just been fired from his dream job. And in his comments, we saw that even when the chips are down, Fulmer is classy individual and whatever perceived failings he has as a coach, he is still one hell of a human being and mentor.

ah, the power we give celebrity. how they use that is intriguing to me. this is a new hollywood sarcasm psa. reverse psychology?
