According to the GAO, the future costs to maintain Social Security and Medicare will exceed available revenues by $41 trillion in the next 75 years. Liberals look at this and say there is no problem. Of course there isn't. These are their bread-and-butter social programs.

For a few weeks now, there has been an allegation circulating on the fringes of the internet about Sen. Obama. I noticed the headline "China battles 'coldest winter in 100 years'" on Yahoo! news, and thought I'd open it up and find the inevitable global warming attribution. Sure enough, paragraph 9 reads "He added the cold snap had caught the country off guard, in an area unprepared for such heavy snow. But climate change could see more extremes in weather in China, Zheng warned."
