J.C. Watts has been one of my favorite Republicans.  Of course no one agrees a 100% with anyone, but I really admired him.  Of all the political speeches I have heard on the political circuit, a Mississippi speech delivered years ago at a Southern Leadership Conference by Congressman Watts actually brought me to tears.  We sat in a packed house in the coastal muggy air.
