From the Daily News Journal:

[Joe] Carr was transported to Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro for his test approximately 30 minutes after the crash. He was slightly injured in the accident.

The Tennessean takes a look at the race for retiring State Rep. John Hood's 48th House district. This looks to be a fairly competitive race all around, and if war chests are any indicator, State Democrats will have an uphill climb to keep this seat in Democratic control.

Murfreesboro Businessman Joe Carr has officially filed his petition with the Rutherford County Election Commission to seek the office of State Representative in the 48th District.
