First of all, I'd like to thank Claudia of cook eat Fret for getting me a ticket to Iron Fork last night. The SO (Significant Omnivore) couldn't go, but she felt I should be there.

For some reason I visited Music City Bloggers this morning. Just a coincidink really, a link followed and all of that. In the interest of relationship-building and 'getting beyond' the political differences I have with some 99% of the posters over there, I want to link to one of Claudia's posts on...foodstuffs. Look at this beautiful dish made by the amazing Claudia at cook eat FRET. She calls it Crab Ragout over Squid Ink Pasta. Now, I’m all about stimulating as many senses as possible in the dining experience…appealing to the eye, taste, smell…and sound.
