August has been filled with A LOT of work and A LOT of enjoying summer!

You’ll probably have to wait until Tuesday to hear it, but do I have a story for you?  It’s about yesterday, Saturday, and some crazy people I met in Maryland.

ever since i can remember, i’ve always been borderline anemic. at least that is what my doctor has always said.

“you’re not quite there, but you’re on the low side of healthy.”

I am addicted to fruit. I went to Sam's Club yesterday and got my weekly goodies. Every week I get home from Sam's and put all my fruit and veggies on the counter and gaze at it lovingly. It makes me feel oh-so healthy (haha). I took a picture of my bounty yesterday.

I went for ice cream, which is stupid. I'm lactose-intolerant. Still, once a year, in the summer, I suffer for the cause!

Me: I'd like a whatever-whatever-yum, a large, please.
Sonic Gal: Okay. Is this your first time?
Me: Um... pardon me?

Sometime between yesterday morning and this morning, our freezer had an identity crisis. It decided it was a refrigerator, and that it would act accordingly.
